We are alwayslooking for people who are interested in joining The Project and becoming a Volunteer.

Whatever your background, age, interests or skill set you will be made welcome as a new volunteer. There is so many different aspects involved in the maintenance and running of the Fort, there is a place for everyone.

Perhaps:

Joining in on our regular Wednesday working parties.
Painting, Carpentry, Brickworking, Electrical, Gardening, General Labouring, Helping with Displays, Vehicle Maintenance, Cleaning etc etc.

Become a member of the Military Vehicle Group or the Paranormal Team.

Training to become a Guide. Escort vistors around the Fort on our regular open days, giving information and history of the site.

These are just a few examples of the diversity of opportunities for Volunteers you do not have to be formally trained in any aspect, just having a keen interest in assisting and a practical outlook is sufficent, other members of the project are always on hand to assist and train you in any aspect if necessary. We do not expect you to attend on every day either, simply a commitment to assist as and when your able.
